We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The BSA will play a key role in analyzing business needs, defining system requirements, and supporting delivery of high-quality technology solutions across Life Insurance, Wealth, and Group Benefits platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong insurance or financial services domain knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
