  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience working with databases and claims management systems.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Ontario as required.

  • Professional designations such as CIP, P.Eng., or CRM would be considered an asset.

  • Experience in building maintenance, industrial operations, manufacturing, power generation, mechanical systems, or production facility maintenance is an asset but not required.

  • Technical knowledge of Equipment Breakdown exposures, boilers and pressure vessels, electrical systems, HVAC systems, or mechanical equipment is considered an asset.

  • Knowledge of CSA standards, ASME codes, and National Board requirements is preferred but not required.
