Schedule:
  • 4 days per week (3 days: 8-4pm, 1 day: 8- close)
  • 32 hours per week with occasionally 40 hours per week for vacation or staff coverage.

The wage for this position is $30-$36/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.
Your Role:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options.
  • Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team.
  • Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans.
  • Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
  • Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions.

About You:
  • Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required.
  • Experience with dental software programs is required.
  • Strong customer service experience.
