Key Responsibilities
:Qualifications:
Minimum post-secondary degree or equivalent (or equivalent work experience).1-2 years of experience working in providing customer services over the phone.Previous experience with XactAnalysis and CRM systems is preferred.Strong proficiency in data management and Microsoft Excel. Comfortable using computer software and database systems.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
