Êtes-vous un leader financier stratégique qui pense et agit comme un futur gestionnaire financier ? Nous recherchons un professionnel dynamique pour nous aider à accomplir notre mission : fournir des huiles et des produits alimentaires de haute qualité à nos partenaires du commerce de détail et de l'industrie.


Basé à Montréal, au Québec, ce poste va bien au-delà de la comptabilité traditionnelle. Vous serez un partenaire stratégique central du PDG, chargé de mettre en place des structures financières solides et de stimuler la rentabilité de l'ensemble de nos opérations en Amérique du Nord.

Votre impact


• Partenariat stratégique : collaborez directement avec le PDG sur les budgets annuels, les prévisions à long terme et la planification financière.
• Excellence financière : supervisez le cycle comptable complet, y compris les clôtures de fin de mois et de fin d’exercice pour les entités canadienne et américaine.
• Rentabilité et analyse : identifiez les opportunités d’optimisation des coûts, améliorez les marges et analysez les performances sur l’ensemble des segments de clientèle.
• Intégrité opérationnelle : Renforcez les contrôles internes, gérez la conformité fiscale transfrontalière et améliorez en permanence les flux de travail financiers et les procédures opérationnelles standard.
• Gestion des flux de trésorerie : Assurez la prévision des flux de trésorerie et supervisez les cycles de fonds de roulement afin de garantir la satisfaction des besoins opérationnels


Ce que vous apportez


• Formation : BAC en comptabilité, finance ou administration des affaires ; le titre de CPA (expert-comptable agréé) est considéré comme un atout majeur.
• Expérience : Expertise avérée en comptabilité de cycle complet et en analyse financière. Une expérience dans les secteurs de la fabrication, de la distribution ou de la vente multicanal constitue un atout majeur.
• Compétences techniques : Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et de la modélisation financière, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance des systèmes comptables.
• État d'esprit : Vous êtes proactif, orienté vers les solutions et à l'aise pour assumer l'entière responsabilité de la fonction financière dans un environnement ouvert au changement.

Join Our Team as a Financial & Management Controller (US & Canada)


Are you a strategic financial leader who thinks and acts like a future CFO? We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our mission of providing high-quality oils and food products to our retail and industrial partners.


Based in Montreal, Quebec, this role goes far beyond traditional accounting. You will be a central strategic partner to the CEO, building robust financial structures and driving profitability across our North American operations.

Your Impact

What You Bring


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; a CPA designation is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial analysis. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-channel sales is a major plus.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills and proficiency with accounting systems.
