Job description
Job Title: Node.js/Express Backend Developer – Mobile Applications
Location: Toronto ( 4 days working from office)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Node.js/Express Developer to design, build, and maintain robust backend APIs and services for our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in server-side JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and integrating with mobile app ecosystems. This role requires collaboration with mobile developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Here is the skillset what we are looking for.
• 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on NodeJS(express) backend development. Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver results
• Familiarity with integrating REST APIs
• Excellent problem-solving skills, while exhibiting high enthusiasm to tackle complex challenges
• Knowledge of React and React Native is a plus
• Knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts and tools is a plus
