Account Specialist - 12-15-month contract

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving success for strategic partners? Join Allianz Partners as an Account Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in advocating for our partners, supporting their initiatives to optimize revenue, and enhancing their business processes.

In this dynamic role, you'll manage and retain new and existing strategic partners while addressing their day-to-day needs through monthly reporting, program implementation, troubleshooting, issue resolution, solving technical matters, and effective communication. You’ll get to explore different aspects of our business, work closely with top partners, and play a key role in driving growth, all while seeing the direct impacts and rewards of your contributions!

Way of Working: This position follows a 2-day in-office hybrid work schedule at our office in Cambridge, Ontario.

This position is a fixed term contract expected to last 12-15 months.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage technology issues and solutions that impact the partner’s success.
  • Communicate revenue optimization plans and results to partners, and coordinate their invoicing, reporting, and compensation.
  • Monitor contractual service levels and obligations to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
  • Support partner training as needed.
  • Support sales teams to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Develop project plans and workflows by planning and facilitating virtual and in-person meetings with all applicable parties.
  • Support, prepare for, and participate in partner meetings and business and strategic reviews.
  • Partner with sales staff to research and analyze data, historical information, and trend analyses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular, predictable, reliable attendance.
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security, and ethical use.

What You Will Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting client relationships, partnership account management, or partner-facing activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective business relationships.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment

What we offer

Annualized base pay range is $53,370 - $78,210 CAD

Actual base pay may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. Employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses, merit increases, and other incentives based on individual and company performance. The availability and amount of these additional compensation elements are determined by company policy and may vary.
