We are Novamodus, a growing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation partner with more than 130 consultants and 135+ Oracle Cloud projects delivered. We are hiring 15–20 people for newly created positions. Our team works from our Mississauga office without offshoring or subcontractors, and we offer training, mentoring, promotion from within, and opportunities to gain experience across project delivery and the broader consulting business. The annual base salary is $45,000–$50,000, with a stated $10,000 increase after six months of probation; our offer letter will also guarantee a 20% increase in initial salary upon successful completion of probation. After probation, team members can earn contribution-based incentive pay for helping secure new work through proposals, demos, and presentations. We provide free Oracle training and practice access before the start date, and cover certification exam fees with a certification bonus; Oracle certification is expected within the first month. Benefits after probation include paid health coverage, dental, vision, prescription and extended health care, an employee assistance program, disability and life insurance, and on-site parking. We also offer three weeks of paid vacation, three personal days, up to 10 additional company-declared paid holidays, paid time off, and company events. Work is in person, and travel may be required. Our hiring process includes an AI-assisted screening interview, an in-person interview, and a short test and presentation following self-study using our free training materials.
