Reporting to the Manager, this role emphasizes collaboration across healthcare providers and clients. Your responsibilities will include data processing, document preparation, and responding to inquiries, driving high-quality service provision. Ideal candidates will possess a solid foundation in medical terminology and clerical support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communication between clients and health services
• Prioritize and manage clerical functions in the clinic
• Prepare and document medical reports and referrals
• Answer inquiries about health programs and procedures
• Support data management and retrieval efforts
Requirements:
• Completion of a Secretarial or Office Administration program
• Minimum one year in a health-related office setting
• Experience with medical terminology preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to organize tasks efficiently
