  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, municipalities, consultants, engineers, and inspectors.
  • Oversee contract administration, progress claims, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Mentor and support Project Coordinators and junior Project Managers in their professional development.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across the project management team.

  • Proven experience delivering municipal underground utility projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of:
    • Watermain infrastructure
    • Sanitary sewer systems
    • Storm sewer systems
  • Strong understanding of MMCD contracts and municipal specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong background in project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • P.Eng., EIT, or C.Tech. designation is considered an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.

Ideal Experience

We're interested in professionals with experience delivering:

  • Municipal underground utility projects
  • Watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure
  • Civil earthworks and road construction
  • MMCD contract administration
  • Complex civil infrastructure projects delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Multiple concurrent projects while maintaining profitability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $130,000–$180,000, based on experience
  • RRSP matching program
  • Extended health and dental coverage
  • Vision care
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Paid time off
