We are seeking a detail-oriented Office and Payroll Administrator (On-site) to support our client's daily office operations and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.

Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accurate timesheet verification and timely employee payments.
Maintain employee, payroll, and HR records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and prepare payroll-related reports.
Coordinate daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management.
Respond to employee and client inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and administrative matters.
Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance with company policies and payroll procedures.
