No prior experiencenecessaryto join our team. We offer complete trainingonceyou’veobtainedyour level 1 general insurance license.


As an Insurance Advisor, Personal Insurance, you will advise new and existing clients in the branch on how to best protect their assets when it comes topersonalinsurance. You will build relationships and offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities tomaintainlicensing requirements and work towards your career goals.


Requirements

  • Level 1 General Insurance License
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Previousinsurance experience preferred


A Day in the Life

  • Assistclients with home,condo, tenant, and other personal insurance needs

  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Provide creative, well-informed coverage solutions

  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payments

  • Cross-sell and upsell relevant HUB products

  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing paperwork

  • Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and coverage offerings
