Position : Procurement Officer
Location : Rosemere
Salary : According to scale, $50k - $90k
The Procurement Officer is responsible for analyzing, developing, coordinating, and controlling procurement processes in a contract management environment.
This role includes managing tenders, ensuring accountability, and optimizing resource use. Key tasks involve bid evaluation, contract administration, and recommending methods to improve process efficiency.
The Procurement Officer also prepares documents for decision-making bodies and ensures the integrity of management systems.
This is a permanent position, with a 35-hour work week.

Responsibilities
Manage tenders and ensure accountability
Evaluate and administer procurement contracts
Lead evaluation committees and support purchasing management
Ensure the integrity of management systems and tools
Prepare documents for governance bodies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2 years of experience in contract management, tendering, and contract administration
Knowledge of public sector laws and functional proficiency in English
Strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure
Basic proficiency in Excel
