This role sits within Laurentian Bank.
The incumbent will actively participate in the development and application of policies and guidelines for contract management, supplier performance management and business process and data governance for the Procurement - Center of Excellence team.
He will be the point of reference for the implementation of dashboards, documentation and standardization of business processes and centralization of data for the bank's supplier management and governance and real estate management portfolio.
Responsabilities
- Participate in the development and maintenance of policies and guidelines for contract management, performance governance and data management, recommend them for approval and ensure compliance.
- Establish and maintain dashboards and executive presentations to provide visibility of progress to Procurement.
- Provide a support role for Procurement team members and business lines.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly supplier management presentations and dashboards.
- Support the development of a new perspective on current governance and take part in the implementation of appropriate improvements to policies and guidelines.
- Map current and future business processes for the various directives under supply management
- Take part in facilitating workshops with stakeholders to map and identify potential improvements and standardization of business processes.
- Carry out analyses to identify and measure the impact of business process revisions.
- Properly document business procedures resulting from process changes.
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field;
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Bilingualism (English and French)*;
- Analytical and business acumen;
- Experience in data processing and analysis;
- Autonomy, initiative, leadership and ability to challenge the status quo;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a changing environment;
- Proficiency in Office suite : Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project.
- Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
