Permanent position in Laval
40h hours per week, Monday to Friday
Telecommuting 2 days a week, 3 days at the office
Salary between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience
Dynamic and professional team in constant evolution
Responsibilities
The administrative assistant will provide support to the VP responsibility as well as other team members. The person will work closely with directors and other professionals within the department.
Work closely with the VP
Perform various administrative tasks related to internal management
Receive correspondence, file documents, and follow up as necessary
Manage administrative documents, including preparing, reviewing, and archiving documents
Organize and coordinate appointments and meetings
Ensure booking, preparation, and overall condition of conference rooms
Organize events and travel arrangements as needed
Assist in administrative office management (covering periods and providing assistance during vacations)
Perform any other administrative tasks
Qualifications
- College diploma or DEP diploma in a relevant field (office administration, accounting, legal, etc.).
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to manage stress effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent team collaboration abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Solid skills in writing, presentation, and verbal communication in both official languages.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Discretion
- Bilingualism mandatory (French and English) equally proficient in both languages.
