About the Role: We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Client Success Representatives .
In this role, you’ll engage with both existing and prospective clients daily, providing exceptional service and product expertise in life insurance to help clients make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Support a Range of Clients : Connect with clients to offer guidance and information on life insurance policies that meet their unique needs.
Deliver Product Knowledge : Serve as a resource on our life insurance products, answering questions and providing detailed information.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability : Stay updated on life insurance offerings, policies, and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborative & Independent : Work well within a team to share strategies, while also managing independent client interactions.
