Job description

Job Description

SES & technologies ltd. seeks the services of a Technical Sales Manager, for full-time employment.

You will be working as part of our sales team, carrying out the following activities :

  • Manage and support sales team members, suggest solutions to enhance work organization for team,
  • Liaise with sales team members and colleagues from other departments,
  • Coordinate customers’ technical and non-technical issues,
  • Identify opportunity to improve sales, review and verify sales contracts,
  • Respond to customer service, sales and support inquiries, both written and over the phone,
  • Participate in preparation of sales and marketing materials,
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Capability to take decisions on your own,
  • Very good knowledge of English due to documentation and communications with customers who are about 95% outside Quebec
  • Acceptable written and spoken French,
  • Technical and business awareness,
  • Ability to independently learn new products and technologies,
  • Excellent management skills.
  • Knowledge of other languages, and software programming skills are all considered advantages, but are not required.
