In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our complex products and our clients' success. You will ensure our customers don't just use our solutions, but fully understand, confidently adopt, and expertly maximize their investment. The ideal candidate blends captivating facilitation skills with a deep understanding of customer needs, transforming intricate technical information into clear, engaging, and highly practical learning journeys.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design & Deliver High-Impact Training: Architect and lead engaging training sessions (virtual, on-site, and hybrid formats) that drive client proficiency and product adoption.
- Create World-Class Learning Resources: Develop cutting-edge, client-facing materials, comprehensive user guides, and dynamic digital resources that serve as ongoing support.
- Strategic Customization: Tailor training content and delivery to align perfectly with specific client profiles, business objectives, and implementation phases.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure training strategies are seamlessly aligned with the client journey and market needs.
- Support Product Innovation: Drive successful product launches by developing and executing structured, impactful client education programs.
- Measure and Elevate: Evaluate the effectiveness of all training initiatives and actively solicit client feedback to continuously refine and elevate our programs.
- Contribute to Self-Service Excellence: Enhance our knowledge base and self-service learning tools, making expertise accessible to all.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Act as a key resource and partner during client onboarding and system implementation phases, guiding them toward success.
You'll Report To: Director, Client Experience
What You'll Bring to Croesus:
- Experience That Counts: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in designing and delivering exceptional customer or product training, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Presentation Powerhouse: Outstanding presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills that command attention and inspire learning.
- The Fintech Edge (an asset): Experience within the Fintech or broader SaaS industry is a significant advantage.
- Complex Made Simple: A proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into easily digestible, practical knowledge for diverse audiences.
- Executive Presence: Comfort and confidence in interacting and training customers at all levels, including senior executives and power users/administrators.
- E-Learning Expertise (an asset): Familiarity with LMS platforms or modern e-learning development tools.
- Communication Mastery: Essential bilingualism (French and English) to serve our diverse client base.
- A Strategic Trainer: Proven capability to develop advanced users and system administrators.
