Kubelt is looking to hire their first product designer to lead product design and research. As an early member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, product roadmap, culture, and decisions for the company. This role is for those who are excited about early stage startups, ambitious and eager to accelerate their growth and responsibilities, and be on the forefront of the web3 industry.

Job Description
Role / Responsibilities
Build and guide our growing team and product as a foundational design leader.
Owning core product design and taking new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production, to post-launch reflection.
Identify customer problems, set strategy, and establish vision.
Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, field research and other methods.
Decomposition of work into product backlog.
Mockups and design in collaboration with designers.
Contribute to documentation in collaboration with engineers.
About you
5 or more years relevant design experience at a high tech, product-driven company.
A strong portfolio that showcases a track record of shipping high-quality visual and interaction design work.
Experience in driving a user-centered design process and working collaboratively to ship end-to-end features at scale.
Ability to form clear hypotheses around design decisions and lay out a path to validate them
Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Nice to have, but not required :
B2B software design experience.
Crypto / web3 interest (professional or personal) — e.g. you’ve used a dApp, joined a DAO, or bought an NFT.
