Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the design, development, and optimization of technology solutions across our Automotive Finance platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements, create system specifications, lead solution workshops, and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements that support key business processes.

You will act as a subject matter expert, bridging business needs and technical implementation while driving continuous improvement in system performance, usability, and reliability.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, system assessments, and impact analyses for new features, enhancements, or integrations.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and system behavior documentation.

Solution Design & Documentation

  • Lead the design of scalable and user centric systems solutions, ensuring clarity around workflows, integration points, and business rules.
  • Develop end to end process maps, system interaction diagrams, data mapping documents, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate walkthrough sessions, workshops, and solution reviews with business and technical teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Automotive Finance platforms, processes, and related technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with product owners, business partners, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and team members.

Project Delivery & Collaboration

  • Work closely with development, QA, architecture, and release teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, clarify requirements, and ensure traceability throughout the SDLC.

Testing, Deployment & Adoption

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning, test case creation, defect triage, and stakeholder approval.
  • Support deployment activities, including release validation, training, and rollout communication.
  • Ensure that new features, enhancements, and system changes are well adopted across user groups.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Monitor system performance, user feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend technology enhancements, tools, or process changes that improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with business controls, risk frameworks, and operational standards.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with requirements gathering, systems analysis, process design, and documentation.
  • Ability to translate business concepts into clear technical specifications and user stories.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably Automotive Finance or lending systems (highly desirable).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and end to end system lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with UAT planning, test execution, and production rollout support.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with API integrations, data mapping, or system interoperability.
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with workflow automation, rules engines, or enterprise platform tools.
  • Nice to Have: Understanding of compliance, risk frameworks, and regulatory considerations in financial services.
  • Nice to Have: Exposure to cloud-based systems or modern application platforms (e.g., Azure).
