Job descriptionCollaborate with risk management teams to gather requirements for new features, reports, or changes in credit / counterparty risk reporting processes. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and work closely with developers to implement them. Oversee the integration of credit / counterparty risk data from various bank systems and sources into the reporting applications. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across different risk systems and reports. Ensure that the reporting applications meet the regulatory requirements for credit and counterparty risk exposure, particularly for Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and other relevant financial regulations. Monitor and maintain reporting for Large Exposure Framework (LEFT), Single Credit CounterParty Limit (SCCL), and Enterprise Single Name Daily (ESN), ensuring reports are up to date and delivered on time. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data discrepancies, application performance, or reporting errors. Work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to address and resolve any system or data issues quickly. Document system processes, configurations, and reporting workflows. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use the credit / counterparty risk reporting systems effectively. Hands-on experience with LEFT (Large Exposure Framework), SCCL (Single Credit Counterparty Limit), and ESN (Enterprise Single Name Daily) reporting applications, with a strong understanding of their purpose and functionality in risk management. Familiarity with database management, data integration, and reporting tools used in banking (e.g., SQL, Excel, reporting platforms). Strong understanding of data management and systems integration within banking and financial institutions. A deep understanding of credit risk, counterparty risk, and regulatory requirements related to exposure limits and reporting, particularly in the context of large exposure management. Proven ability to work with business users to gather requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and deliver solutions in collaboration with development and IT teams. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze data discrepancies or application performance issues and propose solutions. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in business systems analysis, preferably in the banking / financial industry with exposure to credit risk management tools and processes. Experience with Regulatory Frameworks : Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and other industry standards for credit and counterparty risk management. Certifications related to project management (e.g., PMP) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Credit / Counterparty Risk Reporting team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining our credit risk reporting applications—specifically the LEFT (Large Exposure Framework), SCCL (Single Credit Counterparty Limit), and ESN (Enterprise Single Name Daily). These applications consolidate credit / counterparty risk exposure information from various areas of the bank and present it in a streamlined, actionable format to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have experience with these specific reporting applications and a deep understanding of credit / counterparty risk. You will work closely with stakeholders in the risk management, IT, and business units to ensure the accuracy, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of our risk reporting systems.
