Overall Purpose :
The Program Support Volunteer plays a key role in helping the library create a welcoming and engaging environment for community programs. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, supporting community events, and contributing to the smooth operation of library activities.
Schedule :
Volunteer opportunities will primarily occur during school breaks due to increased program activity. All interested applicants are welcome to apply. Upon acceptance, volunteers will receive a six-month schedule, with the opportunity to extend their service (minimum 15 volunteer hours per six-month term).
Preferred Location :
Burlington Public Library provides programs at six locations throughout the city. Please specify the location(s) where you would be able to volunteer :
