Job Title: Bilingual Field Marketer (French/English)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bilingual Field Marketer to join our team in Hamilton. The ideal candidate must be fluent in French and English,

comfortable working in the field, and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing activities and outreach campaigns

• Engage with potential customers and promote company services/products

• Represent the company professionally in the community

• Travel within assigned territories using personal vehicle

• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the team

• Meet daily/weekly outreach and engagement targets

Primary Skills:

• Bilingual communication (French & English)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer engagement and outreach experience

• Ability to work independently in a field environment

Secondary Skills:

• Sales or marketing experience preferred

• Time management and organizational skills

• Basic reporting and data collection

• Team collaboration

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in French and English

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is an asset

• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling locally

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (may vary based on campaign needs)

Compensation:

• $18.00 $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
