The Senior Journey / Solution Architect – Workplace is responsible for articulating what is possible for our customers to transform their business for the hybrid-cloud era with productivity suites such as Microsoft 365 and Cisco technologies. Working alongside a team of sales professionals at Softchoice, you play a vital role in architecting solutions to enable a modern workplace for our customers.

What you'll do :

• Showcase your growth mindset by seeking to understand our customers' business challenges first and then designing a solution that best achieves the end goal in the shortest possible route.
• Bring people together by acting as a bridge between our sales team and our customers. Share up-to-date insights on the latest productivity solutions from vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco, formulate creative approaches to address business challenges, present and host workshops with business leaders from the C-Level down, and translate technical jargon into layman's language and vice versa.
• Challenge customers by using your skills, insight, and experience to help our customers see what it takes to do the right things versus simply doing things right.
• Create an excellent experience for our customers and your internal stakeholders with adaptable communications skills that foster a collaborative environment.
