The Project Coordinator is responsible for a variety of technical, project management, and administrative functions and works closely with the Project Delivery Team. The Project Coordinator will ensure team members are aligned and projects continue to run smoothly. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, is adaptable, and balances multiple priorities simultaneously. Key responsibilities : Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Provide proofing and editing of proposals, client facing material to ensure branding is consistent in presentations. Manage project workflow to meet deadlines. Track project progress against budget and identify potential risks or roadblocks. Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project updates, and status reports. Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, vendor management, and materials procurement. Lead the delivery team’s calendar management / planning to ensure meetings are responsive to client and project needs.Facilitate communication between teams and clientsManage meeting and workshop preparation, including obtaining materials in advance and distributing materials to the appropriate individuals.Conduct regular project status meetings to keep everyone informed on progress. Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into project plans. Collect and analyze data to measure performance against objectives. Prepare comprehensive reports for marketing leadership with key insights and recommendations. Required Skills : Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish.4-6 years of project coordination and administrative support.Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with project management tools, presentation software, and data analysis.
