What are your contributions to the team?

  • Governance Leadership : Manage effective corporate governance across multiple organizations by planning, coordinating, and supporting key meetings and activities, including management of the Master Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Financial Leadership for engineering budget planning and management, including annual planification and quarterly reforecast exercises.
  • Manpower Strategy Leadership : Ensure for strategic manpower planning and ensure alignment with engineering and product development priorities.
  • Leadership Alignment : Partner with the Corporate Engineering and Product Development leadership team to guide and influence alignment toward common strategic objectives.
  • Executive Communication : Create clear, concise, and impactful documentation and presentations for executive-level audiences.
  • Strategic Workshop Leadership : Prepare and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to validate, refine, and implement corporate strategic plans.
  • Data-Driven Leadership : Ensure for the proper collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support evidence-based decision-making and strategy implementation.
  • Innovation Leadership : Lead or support the development of innovative tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance data analysis and performance tracking.

    • How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • You have a Master’s degree in Strategy, Project Management, or MBA is an asset.
  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination and analyst role.
  • You have experience in the business aircraft or aviation industry is preferred.
  • You have strong strategic thinking, project management, financial, and analytical skills.
  • You are assertive, results-oriented, and demonstrate leadership and initiative.
  • You have excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with a proactive mindset.
  • You have strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Bi)
  • You have proven experience engaging and aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Program Management, HR, Finance, etc.) in a large, matrixed organization.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have the ability to synthesize and present complex information to executive audiences.
  • You have a high degree of discretion in handling confidential information.
