PROJECT ASSISTANTS NEEDED
Temporary 6-month contact
Job Summary :
The Project Assistant will support the educational and administrative activities of varied projects at the Ontario Centres for Learning, Research & Innovation (Ontario CLRI) at Baycrest.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with development, updates, and uploads of resources for educational and grant programs
- Supporting website development and maintenance
- Providing customer service / helpdesk ticket support and ensures high-quality customer service for users of our educational products and initiatives
- Providing beta-testing support of our educational platforms and modules, proactively identifying potential issues and suggesting fixes where applicable
- Supporting the development of recruitment, onboarding, and implementation materials and knowledge products
- Attending communities of practice or events to support stakeholders, learners, and / or team members
- Completing project administration- and logistics-related tasks, as delegated (e.g., meeting minutes)
- Working with team members to suggest, implement, and maintain digital filing systems
- Assisting with data collection, data entry, data cleaning, analysis, data backups, and reporting (qualitative and quantitative data), as needed
- Collaborating with key partners and internal and external stakeholders to achieve project aims
- Other tasks related to this project or the Centre’s activities may also be allocated based on need and the successful incumbent’s interest / availability
