Must have 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
Can type 60 WPM+
Is extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Can handle multiple different tasks throughout the day (it's a very fast-paced and ever-changing role)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Google Docs / Sheets.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of discretion and confidentiality as we deal with many confidential projects.
Optional but Helpful Qualifications :
Experience with Project Management tools and software.
An interest in the consumer product development industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Mainly, you will be responsible for building, leading, and successfully executing project direction down the pipeline. Here are some additional responsibilities :
Effectively develop timelines and project strategies for our clients and our team.
Meeting and exceeding client expectations with project deliverables.
Performing annual and other periodic evaluations of overall project progress.
Providing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to the management team with respect to clients, projects, and resources as required.
Develop a strong understanding of sales strategy and project deliverables and effectively transfer information to the design team.
Working closely with the management team, business development team, design team, and sales team to create and deliver high-quality presentations and products to clients.
Identifying, specifying, evaluating, developing, implementing, training, and utilizing appropriate management information system tools to communicate with staff, clients, prospects, and management with respect to resource planning, prospective business, project progress, project profitability, prospect tracking, time tracking, billing, client contacts and accounts receivable.
Attending and leading weekly and monthly management and staff meetings as requested.
Build, develop, enhance and grow relationships with our clients, our design teams, and other potential business sources.
Sourcing and responding to requests for proposals, preparing and delivering client proposals, and assisting with closing deals.
Preparing, negotiating, and managing client contracts / agreements and amendments.
Contributing to project costing for proposals.
Performing other duties as may be assigned to you.
