We are a local engineering firm that has been helping customers in all industries with engineering, operations and maintenance since 1994. On a daily basis you will have to:

Prepare instrumentation and control specifications.
Produce procurement specifications.
Participate in P&ID reviews.
Supervise preparation of technical drawings.
Conduct site visits and surveys.
Contribute to the implementation of and compliance with procedures and best practices.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering Diploma
Member of APEGNB is an asset
Experience in any industrial field is an asset
Spoken and written languages: English (French is an asset)

You are the one we are looking for if you have:

Excellent teamwork skills.
The ability to quickly converge in problem solving.
Knowledge of CAD and 3D Modeling (an asset).
Knowledge of industrial automation (an asset).
Knowledge of PLC programming, human-machine interfaces (HMI), distributed control systems (DCS) and safety systems (an asset).
Knowledge of electrical circuits and power distribution (an asset).
A keen sense of resourcefulness.
Ability to communicate in French is an asset as you may be required to collaborate with colleagues and clients outside of Saint John.
