Dans ce rôle clé, vous devrez :

• Conseiller nos clients, en personne et par téléphone, sur nos pièces et accessoires
• Passer des commandes et assurer le suivi avec les clients si nécessaire
• Fournir une expertise sur les produits et des recommandations sur les pièces pertinentes, le cas échéant
• Créer et entretenir des relations avec les clients.

Pour rejoindre notre équipe, vous devez avoir:

• Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de communication
• Capacité de soulever jusqu’à livres
• Diplôme en vente de pièces automobiles et/ou expérience en pièces automobiles (atout).
