Ruth & Naomis Mission is looking for a Recovery Program Lead to support participants through their journey of recovery in a faith-based, trauma-informed environment.
Who We Are
For over 20 years, Ruth & Naomis Mission has been a beacon of hope in Chilliwack, serving meals, providing shelter, and walking alongside individuals in need. Our addiction recovery program uses the Genesis Process, a faith-based approach to healing and transformation. If you are eager to make a real difference and be part of a compassionate team, we would love to hear from you.
What Youll Do
- Provide case management, life-coaching, and support to program participants
- Lead group meetings, classes, and activities to foster recovery and accountability
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with the team
- Cultivate a safe, hope-filled, and structured environment for participants
- Uphold and embody RANs core values in all interactions
- Willingness to sign and uphold the organizations Statement of Faith
