Cheers to creating an incredible tomorrow!

At Molson Coors, we tackle big challenges and defy the status quo. With a proud legacy of excellence, an incredible portfolio of beer, seltzers, spirits, and non-alcohol brands, and a bold vision for our future... we’re on the path to transforming the beverage industry. That requires remarkable individuals who are curious, tenacious, and never afraid to fail forward.

We seek, value and respect everyone’s unique perspectives and experiences knowing that we are stronger together. We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.

Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies.

Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist working in The Fraser Valley Brewery, Chilliwack BC you will be part of the Environmental Health and Safety Team. You will play a key role in supporting and advancing the organization's EHS programs by promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The EHS Specialist provides both strategic and hands-on support through inspections, incident investigations, training, reporting, and employee engagement activities. While this role is temporary, there is a possibility of becoming permanent.

This position reports to the Manager, EHS and works closely with employees, supervisors, contractors, and leadership to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and support safe and environmentally responsible operations.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct routine workplace Behavior Safety Observations (BOS) and monthly facility inspections.
  • Support investigations involving near misses, first aid incidents, recordable injuries, property damage, and environmental events.
  • Support safety management systems and site-specific EHS processes.
  • Coach and mentor employees and supervisors on EHS requirements, safe work practices, and hazard recognition.
  • Maintain organized and accurate EHS documentation, records, permits, and files.

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
  • You have at least 2-5 years experience in Environmental Health & Safety within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environment.
  • Working knowledge of applicable occupational health and safety legislation and environmental requirements.
  • Experience conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence employees at all levels.
  • Experience with EHS management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Beverage Bonuses:

  • We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities
  • We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference – from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are
  • Engagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization
  • Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities
  • Access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages!
  • Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences
