About This Opportunity

Responsibilities

P2P Systems Support & Optimization

  • Maintain and troubleshoot the P2P environment, ensuring transactions and workflows align with procurement policies
  • Act as first‑line support for system questions, issues, and process clarification for buyers across Canada
  • Support ongoing system stability while identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement

User Support & Training

  • Coach stakeholders on effective system usage and compliant buying practices
  • Identify recurring pain points and recommend improvements to processes, tools, or training
  • Partner with Finance to ensure system changes deliver clear business value and return on investment

Audit, Policy & Compliance Support

  • Support audit readiness and ongoing compliance activities
  • Translate procurement policies into practical, real‑world guidance for users
  • Help reinforce procurement controls while enabling efficient business execution

Data, Controls & Reporting

  • Own vendor master data intake and first‑level triage
  • Monitor data quality, controls, and system integrity
  • Build and maintain reporting that provides visibility into system usage, spend insights, and risk

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, computer science, supply chain management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of systems or operational support experience; experience with procure‑to‑pay systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to promote compliance in a fast‑paced operational environment
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Procure‑to‑pay and/or ERP system administration experience (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba) is an asset
