What Is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a dedicated Senior IAM Systems Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and operational management of Identity Access and Authorization services across the enterprise. This role focuses on supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing identity platforms, authorization systems, and user provisioning infrastructure using advanced automation and AI-powered tools. You will work with established identity solutions, support multiple platforms, leverage automation to streamline operations, and use AI-driven insights to detect and resolve complex identity and access issues efficiently.

What Will You Do?

  • Provide technical support for authorization policy enforcement, investigate access denial issues, troubleshoot policy conflicts, and resolve misconfigurations to ensure secure and efficient access control across all platforms.
  • Support identity and access management platforms, troubleshoot platform issues, investigate data synchronization problems, monitor platform health, and provide guidance on identity lifecycle management best practices.
  • Monitor identity and access systems using automated monitoring and alerting tools, analyze logs and reports to identify security risks, policy violations, and anomalies, and respond to incidents with minimal downtime.
  • Leverage automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline identity support processes, respond to support tickets within SLA, investigate root causes, and escalate critical issues while identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks.
  • Utilize AI-powered analytics and anomaly detection to identify unusual access patterns, suspicious behavior, and potential security threats, supporting root-cause analysis and proactive issue resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and procedures to support audits, ensure compliance, and facilitate knowledge transfer across the support team.
  • Support audit and compliance processes, collaborate with IT teams on identity and access issues, provide user guidance on identity management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on security and operational efficiency.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM roles with focus on authorization solutions and access control implementation.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control issues
  • Proficiency with LDAP and Active Directory for identity support and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting authorization and access control systems with understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC principles.
  • Experience supporting cloud identity platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta, etc.) in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of API integration concepts and troubleshooting identity and access issues.
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting identity data
  • Experience with ticket management systems, incident tracking, and root-cause analysis methodology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Experience with incident management and change management processes

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with enterprise directory infrastructure blueprints and data distribution architectures.
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered identity analytics and anomaly detection tools
  • Knowledge of audit and regulatory compliance frameworks and their impact on IAM policies.
  • Experience with incident management systems and ticketing platforms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks for identity Management.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC 27001) and their impact on access control policies.
  • Understanding of mainframe security and legacy system integration.
  • Familiarity with zero-trust security models.
