Location : Various locations across British Columbia
The Program Manager / Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning implementation and evaluation of the organization s programs. This role involves working closely with staff volunteers and community partners to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with the organization s mission.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement program plans goals and objectives.
- Oversee daytoday program operations and ensure program quality.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program outcomes and impact.
- Prepare program reports and updates for senior management and funders.
- Recruit train and supervise program staff and volunteers.
- Foster relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Bachelor s degree in social work, public administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or coordination. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and use it to improve program performance. Proficiency in program management software and tools.
