Process analyst Jobs in Kitchener, ON

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance client's team in Cambridge, Ontario. In this role, you will contribute to key financial processes, including planning, analysis, and reporting, to support data-driven decision-making. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while driving continuous improvement in financial operations.Responsibilities : - Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support organizational goals.- Build and maintain detailed financial models to aid strategic decision-making.- Analyze operational and financial performance, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.- Prepare comprehensive financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.- Ensure data accuracy and assist with system integrations to strengthen financial processes.- Collaborate with various teams to assess cost structures and profitability.- Contribute to capital planning efforts, investment evaluations, and risk assessments.- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement automation solutions.- Stay updated on accounting principles and apply them effectively in financial analysis.- CPA designation or near completion of the certification.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.- At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems such as Genius Manufacturing is a plus.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
