Job descriptionManaging inventory while collaborating with the production department. Overseeing supply and ingredient procurement operations from local raw material suppliers, trading companies, and overseas manufacturers. Planning procurement schedules, issuing purchase orders, and communicating with suppliers. Conducting research on new raw materials, procurement, sample requests, and price negotiations. Other duties as required. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. At least 1‑2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Japanese is an asset. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Quick learner, attentive, and able to complete tasks efficiently. Own your vehicle or reliable transportation required for commuting (No transit service available). Please apply only if you possess all of the requirements. Compensation : $45-47K / yr (DOE)
Benefits : Group insurance (extended health, dental, vision care, prescription drugs) after 3-month probation period
Main Job Duties : Order Desk Duties :
- Receiving purchase orders from distributors and coordinating with production and sales.
- Coordinating product inventory and shipping schedules with distributors.
- Reporting credits for defective products and processing requests to the external accounting firm.
Purchase Duties : (When required)
