Production Technician – Clean Room Manufacturing

What You’ll Do

• Produce fuel cell components following detailed work instructions
• Assemble plates and stacks for final fuel cell products
• Operate on both automated and manual production lines
• Set up equipment according to established procedures
• Perform visual inspections at multiple stages of production
• Support logistics by transporting and moving materials
• Work in a controlled clean room environment

What You Bring (Must‑Haves)

• 1+ year of recent experience in a similar environment OR relevant technical work experience
• Technical expertise (hands‑on, mechanical, production, or related)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to rotate through different production stations with increasing complexity

️ Work Environment & Shifts

You’ll work in a clean room environment, designed to maintain extremely low levels of dust and contaminants.

• Relative humidity: 35–40%, tightly controlled
• Temperature: Below 20°C (70°F)

Training

• Standard: Day shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for one week
• If needed, training can be done on the afternoon shift

Regular Shifts

• Afternoon: 2:15 PM–10:45 PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
• Night: 10:30 PM–7:00 AM
• Flexible scheduling available (permanent PM or GY if preferred)
• Rotations typically run 4 weeks AM / 4 weeks PM, but 2‑week rotations can be accommodated

Dress Code & PPE

• Comfortable clothing
• Steel‑toe boots (reimbursed up to $150)
• Company‑provided: coveralls, hairnet, safety glasses, gloves

Compensation

• $21.44 per hour
• Overtime available
