Your main responsibilities are :

• 按照生产计划以及上级的指示独立完成装配工作；
• 查找并反馈任何已存在的或潜在的装配问题，并提前予以解决；
• 积极参与公司的合理化建议项目，并持续改进相关工作；
• 做好工作记录（包括但不限于时间记录、轮班记录等），以确保工作信息的完整性；
• 检查空白件的质量；在使用前确保设备和工具处于良好状态。做好产品自检工作；识别、报告并处理不合格产品，以确保产品质量；
• 按照机床上的每日点检表对设备进行自检，认真填写点检表，并按照维护规定对设备进行维护；
• 按照机器操作手册以及相关规格 / 规定操作机器、驾驶车辆、使用叉车执照等工具；
• 保管好每台机器的工具和量具，使用后放回原处，对丢失负责；
• 积极参加 EHS 培训，正确佩戴劳动保护用品，安全操作机器，正确使用工具，正确储存 / 使用 / 处理化学品并避免化学品泄漏，严格按照 EHS 要求避免化学品泄漏。及时报告并处理异常情况或事故，确保生产安全。
• 负责对工作区域进行整理、重新规划、清洁、消毒以及提升人员素养等工作，并保持工作区域及工具的 5S 标准。若有地面有油污，应立即清理干净，将垃圾放入相应的垃圾桶，并禁止将废水排入雨水管道。
• 完成领导交办的其他任务。
