Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly organized and detail-oriented
Administrative Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to a dynamic Customer Service team. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with multiple departments, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, coordinating administrative activities, maintaining critical documentation, and assisting with procurement, invoicing, and reporting functions.
**As this role is subject to the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP) the qualifying applicants must possess Canadian Citizenship or permanent residency status. A work permit status is not eligible for this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Service department.
- Support department leadership with calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and administrative activities.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and business records.
- Assist with procurement, invoicing, reporting, and data management activities using SAP and other business systems.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate administrative activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Respond to routine inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Monitor and manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Participate in special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills: - Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, office support, or business operations role.
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system for procurement, invoicing, reporting, or business transactions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Excel
- Outlook
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Experience generating reports and supporting administrative processes.
- Strong data entry and record management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional judgment and a high degree of confidentiality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
