At enVision, we celebrate diversity and promote an inclusive work culture that prioritizes employee well-being and self-development.About the OpportunityReporting to the Coordinator, the Manager is responsible for ensuring person-centered services for people supported so that they may reach their potential with equal opportunity and fully participate in the community around them. As a Manager, you would:· Provide effective leadership within a fast-paced environment· Ensure a high level of individual and team performance · Assist in the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and initiatives · Have daily responsibility for staff scheduling and documentation · Oversee day-to-day service delivery · Ensure a commitment to the vision, mission and values of enVisionQualifications· A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience is preferred, with experience and education/training in the Disability sector considered an asset· Strong relationship building skills and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach in resolving issues· Excellent organization skills and attention to detail· Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently.· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office / Outlook· Manual dexterity required to use desktop/laptop computers or other devicesAdditional Requirements· Valid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle required.· Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certificate or willingness to obtain.· Criminal record check with Clear Vulnerable Sector check (current within last 3 months).· Clear Child and Adult abuse registry check (current within last 3 months).Additional Information· Hours of Work: 80 hours bi-weekly (Between 28 to 30 hours of Admin, and the remaining hours as Direct Support Professional); Monday-Friday. Has to be on call after work hours from Monday to Sunday at least one week per month.
