Our Maintenance team is highly customer-focused, providing 24/7 support to ensure Company facilities, equipment, and tools operate at peak performance. Working in a fast-paced environment, we rely on strong teamwork to complete tasks efficiently and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Class 4 or 5 Manitoba licensed Power Engineer to join the Maintenance department on a rotating shift at our Steinbach, MB manufacturing facility.

What you will do:

• Maintain operation of the building systems including; security and fire protection systems, gas and wood burning boilers, heat exchangers, humidification systems, water treatment systems (including R.O.D.I. and water softeners), H.V.A.C. (heating, ventilating, air conditioning systems)
• Maintain all chemical and boiler records
• Maintain a strong understanding and working knowledge of all controls and building system equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance duties
• Other duties as assigned by managers and maintenance leaders

What you bring:

• Valid Manitoba Class 4 or Class 5 Power Engineer certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Basic computer proficiency
• First Aid Level 2 certification
