What You’ll Do
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Lead and coach Team Members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure Speed of Service, Food Safety, and Cleanliness standards are met
- Monitor and support drive-thru performance
- Assist with scheduling, labour control, and inventory management
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards and Ontario health & safety regulations
- Act as Manager on Duty when required
