We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coaching others, and take pride in operational excellence, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Lead and coach Team Members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure Speed of Service, Food Safety, and Cleanliness standards are met
  • Monitor and support drive-thru performance
  • Assist with scheduling, labour control, and inventory management
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards and Ontario health & safety regulations
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of leadership experience in a quick-service or retail environment
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Ability to lead by example on the floor
  • Comfortable working flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Tim Hortons experience is considered an asset
