We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales and Business Development for our client. This is a full-time, permanent position that is based in the Vancouver area. Our client is a small company providing food waste reduction services to businesses based in North America.
This is a B2B Sales role, with 2 available territories based in the Vancouver area (no long road trips)! The client has a great, friendly internal culture along with solid opportunities to earn and progress makes this a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, but still growing sales-person.
Responsible For :
- Defining creative product and service offerings and associated business cases that meet customer and needs
- Working across sales, product, operations and technology teams to drive alignment around the development of new solutions and refinement of existing solutions
- Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers via prospecting, networking and referral activities.
- Negotiate and close contracts that are aligned to corporate objectives.
- Build solid relationships with customers and partners and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the sales and business development processes.
