We push the limits of innovation to solve the world’s most important challenges—striving for execution excellence, while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives. Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond.Together, we advance your career.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Architect to lead a small, high-impact engineering team focused on rapid prototyping and deployment of advanced AI-driven automation solutions.

This role will drive the design and implementation of state-of-the-art agentic AI systems to address complex software systems challenges. The objective is to significantly accelerate solution development timelines by leveraging modern AI tooling, autonomous workflows, and innovative architectural approaches.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in AI-enabled development workflows, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly ambiguous problem spaces.

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in AI‑driven development, advanced workflow automation, and modern software architecture. They are comfortable leading small, high‑performing teams, navigating complex and ambiguous problem spaces, and driving innovation through rapid experimentation. This person excels at architecting scalable, modular AI‑enabled systems, leading teams through uncertainty, owning end‑to‑end solution delivery, and establishing fast, outcome‑driven engineering practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor a small, agile team delivering rapid AI-powered automation solutions
  • Architect and implement advanced agentic workflows for complex software systems challenges
  • Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate solutions with compressed delivery cycles
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and runtimes
  • Design architectures that enable smooth transition from prototype to scalable implementation
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities
  • Establish lightweight, outcome-driven engineering practices optimized for speed and experimentation

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience building agentic AI workflows and working with AI‑native development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, with familiarity in Node.js / JavaScript
  • Ability to architect AI‑enabled systems integrating LLMs, APIs, and traditional components
  • Experience leading small technical teams and delivering solutions in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive technical direction
  • Knowledge of GitHub workflows, CI/CD integration with AI tooling, and autonomous agent platforms
  • Familiarity with model training/fine‑tuning and frameworks like OpenHands
  • Exposure to large-scale, distributed, or performance-sensitive systems

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
