We’re looking for a remote Director of Business Development in the Hospitality & Professional services industry.
Our client is a fast-growing organization known for delivering strategic solutions that drive long-term value for clients. The Director of Business Development will cover the AB territory identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Director of Business Development responsibilities:

Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation

Develop customized proposals, presentations, and sales strategies that align with client needs
-
Build and manage senior-level relationships within client organizations, including C-suite stakeholders
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client solutions meet expectations and align with strategic goals

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM system
The successful candidate has:

5-10 years of proven enterprise business development (hunter) sales experience.

A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of delivering sales results
-
Willingness to adopt and execute a proven sales model while applying their own sales acumen

Experience managing sales in sectors such as senior living, retirement, or hotel/hospitality
-
Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools

Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
Compensation and benefits:

The discussed salary range is $120,000 – $125,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commissions.
