About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Pickering is looking for a passionate and driven Marketer to join our growing team in Ajax, ON. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by connecting families with the compassionate care services they need. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote home health care services in the local community
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and senior living communities
  • Manage social media channels and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Plan and coordinate community outreach events and networking opportunities
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and content
  • Identify new business development opportunities within the Durham Region market

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services is a strong asset
  • Ability to maintain rapport in community relations
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM software
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel within Ajax and surrounding areas
