  • Allocate and optimize Amazon retail media investments in collaboration with Amazon Ads and agency partners, ensuring alignment with business priorities and high velocity events.
  • Act as the quarterback for high velocity events, overseeing planning, operation, execution, and post-event evaluation.
  • Lead Amazon performance review and optimization forums, driving diagnostics, decisions, and actionable outcomes.
  • Identify performance gaps and lead cross-functional interventions with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital Shelf teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular, detailed activity reports and insights, leveraging learnings to inform future campaigns.
  • Work with Account Management, Analytics, and Agency teams to identify and address barriers to advertiser performance.
  • Surface enterprise learnings, opportunities, and systemic issues to central teams for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% (domestic and international)

Kenvue Canada's corporate office is currently located in Markham, ON but is scheduled to move to North York (Yonge and Sheppard area) in or around Q3 2026.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and agency partnerships.

Desired Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Amazon Ads and retail media optimization.
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear ASIN-level execution.
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills.
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
