The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Manager, Medical Communications to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a strategic role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of scientific content, client management, and team leadership. You’ll lead projects across therapeutic areas, mentor junior writers, and serve as a strategic partner to clients looking to translate complex data into meaningful communications that inform, educate, and inspire action.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of high-quality scientific content across a range of deliverables (e.g., slide decks, advisory board materials, training content, medical education tools, publications, etc.)
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight on project planning, client communications, and internal workflows
- Manage and mentor a team of medical writers and / or consultants, supporting their professional development and ensuring editorial excellence
- Ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and on brief
- Act as a key client contact and build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, KOLs, and external collaborators
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, proposal development, and new business efforts as needed
