Job description

Adecco is currently seeking an experienced MRO Coordinator for a full-time, 24-month contract in Ajax, ON, offering a competitive hourly wage of $24-$27 CAD. In this role, you will coordinate with the planner to manage workflow across the R&O Shop, ensure part availability, and maintain accurate records using SAP and Microsoft Office applications. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your coordination, reporting, and system knowledge into a dynamic operational environment.

Pay rate : $24-$27 / hour.
Location : Ajax, ON
Shifts : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm
Job type : 24-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities :

Coordinate with the planner to manage workflow throughout the R&O Shop

Ensure part availability to meet production flow and customer expectations

Enter batch reports and maintain data integrity in the SAP system

Liaise with cross-functional departments to support inventory planning

Optimize processes to increase operational efficiency

Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports

Support team functions with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy

Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Experience using SAP - this is a must

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Must be able to pass a criminal background check
