  • Lead the governance and evolution of the shared curriculum portfolio by establishing clear processes for content management, program sharing, evaluating global applicability, localization, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define curriculum priorities, guide strategic direction, and ensure learning offerings align with emerging business and talent development needs.
  • Oversee the global deployment strategy for shared learning programs, including Train-the-Trainer initiatives that enable consistent adoption across member firms.
  • Contribute to adjacent efforts related to capability standards and frameworks.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices and synthesize relevant insights as input to decision making.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to proactively pitch in and participate as an engaged member of the Global Learning Strategy team, including supporting portfolio-wide and project-based activities

About the team

  • 5-7 years’ experience working in a large, multinational organization, preferably within the learning function at a manager level.
  • Experience in implementing cross-border learning solutions to meet the needs of broad audience groups.
  • Experience/history with Deloitte leadership development or other curriculum initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills; collaborative, diplomatic, and effective working across senior levels and geographies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with Deloitte’s learning ecosystem and collaboration / productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, project trackers) is preferred.
